Shipping Methods

Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.

Upon dispatch of the goods all risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you. The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

Delivery :

WA - 4-5 business days

Rest of Australia - 7-9 business days

Shipping Charges:

For every order placed $6.95 flat rate

An additional fee for each physical item in the order: $3.00

Easy Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so please select carefully. 

If any product you purchase from us is faulty, damaged (through no fault of your own), we will happily exchange it as long as the product has not been used in any way and that it is returned in the original state that the item was received in, If you decide to return the item, you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the goods to Dafin Solutions Warehouse. The goods must be returned in New condition in which they were sold.

If the product you have received is damaged or with any manufacturing defects please notify enquiry@dafinsolutions.com.au.

How to complete a return:

Simply email enquiry@dafinsolutions.com.au requesting for an exchange with reason, in this email please attach your receipt of purchase and include a note of the item/s that you wish to return.

A Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) form will be returned via email along with details of how the goods need to be exchanged.
